This image was taken from my Pictor 416 XT using a Cannon 80-135 zoom lens from about 1.5m away. The light source is a 7 watt bulb about 3m away from the surface of the box. Exposure is 5 seconds. The software was Pictor 6.4 release 1. SCIC connected. This image is dark subtracted and processed with sharpen on ip2000 Meade software. Other than that it is unretouched. To give you a scale the registered trademark symbol after the last small 'e' in Meade is 4mm in diameter and the Meade trademark symbol (circle with star next to the 'M' in Meade) is 3.7cm square. Them image was 5 seconds in duration and manually focused. The box is sitting ontop of a mattress which is green, gold and blue and an off white. The Box is blue with white lettering, which makes this image almost a negative. The El Nino of 1997-1998 prevented me from getting any stars, so I resorted to imaging things in the house instead.
